Professional packaging machines

This is a 42 cm sealing length packaging machine, WITH gas flushing system.
It allows packing up to four products simultaneously with full vacuum or modified atmosphere.
It is made of stainless steel; its operation is simple, since the working cycle is automatically controlled from the moment the acrylic lid closes.
Variables adjusted from the control panel:
- Oxygen extraction time (vacuum level)
- Gas flushing time
- Sealing time and temperature
- Cooling time
The sealing temperature and time can be flexibly programmed, which allows working with bags of different materials and thicknesses.
The vacuum chamber consists of two elements: the lid and the chamber. The acrylic lid makes it possible to observe the packing process all the time, and determines whether it is necessary to stop the process (e.g. because of liquid leakage).
The chamber is made of stainless steel. Inside it there is an outlet through which the air and the pressure are released.
 
VACUUM PUMP 20 m3/hour
Its function is to remove the air that has been inside the chamber, and the air that may have the food inside. This process is fulfilled by means of two impellers (blades) in oil, which propel the air and release it.
 
MANÓMETRO
Es un instrumento de medición de la presión, calibrado para valores inferiores a la presión atmosférica (que es de 1 bar). Mide la presión que hay en el interior de la campana. Cuando no hay presión, indica que ya no queda aire y, por lo tanto, se ha alcanzado el vacio total.
 
MANOMETER
It is a pressure measuring instrument, calibrated for values lower than atmospheric pressure (which is 1 bar). It measures the pressure inside the chamber. When there is no pressure, it indicates that there is no air left and, therefore, full vacuum has been reached.
 
PROGRAMMABLE GAS FLUSHING SYSTEM
It controls the simultaneous flow of gas we want to provide to two different products. Both, the vacuuming and the gas flushing processes are produced in the packing bag as well as inside the chamber. This determines the choice of the adjusting panels at the bottom of the chamber, which occupy an important volume and allow the reduction of the necessary gas for each packaging.
 
PROGRAMMABLE SEALING AND COOLING INTENSITY SYSTEM
Depending on the type of bag to be used (different thickness and characteristics), it is necessary to set the optimum sealing temperature and time for each case. Moreover, the cooling is also regulated by the sealing program.
